Admission Procedure

Online University Registration
Register on the Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University Admission Portal and select Shrikrishna Mahavidyalaya, Chale as your preferred college. Generate your Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID.
Register for Admission

College Application Form
Collect the physical admission form and prospectus from the College Office. Fill in your details, select your subject combinations under NEP 2020 guidelines, and submit it to the desk.

Document Verification
Present your original transcripts and documents (12th Marksheet, LC, Caste Certificate, ABC ID, Aadhar card) at the verification desk.

Fee Payment & Confirmation
Pay the admission fee at the college office counter. Once the fee is paid and receipt is generated, your admission is officially confirmed in the university records.

Programme Intake Capacity Eligibility Criteria
B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) 120 12th Pass in Arts, Commerce, or Science (or equivalent certificate).
B.Com. (Bachelor of Commerce) 120 12th Pass in Commerce or Science (or equivalent certificate).
B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science) 120 12th Pass in Science with appropriate group subjects (or equivalent certificate).

• Reservations and scholarships are applicable strictly as per the Government of Maharashtra and University guidelines.
• Admission cancellation and fee refund rules follow university norms.

  • Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate (Original)
  • University Eligibility Form
  • Academic Bank of Credits (ABC) ID
  • Aadhaar Card photocopy
  • 4 Passport-size photographs
  • Caste Certificate / Validity (if applicable)
  • Migration Certificate (for other board/uni)
  • Gap Certificate (if applicable)
